Dolphin Dash Day Details
Dolphin Dash is a free family event with grade-level fun runs sponsored by the PTA. Free popsicles and glow sticks with DJ music until dark.
Bring your child(ren) and stay for the entire event! Siblings and families are welcome.
Kids, wear your a shirt in grade-level color, if possible.
PreK - black/rainbow tie-dye
K - blue
1st - purple
2nd - red
3rd - orange
4th - yellow
5th - green
Parents, please stay off the race course, and bring water bottles. Consider bringing something to sit on, but please avoid setting up on the blacktop.
Pizza orders can be picked up after 5:30pm at the tables on the blacktop.
About the Fun Run 🏃♀️
The Dolphin Dash or "fun run" takes place on the field behind the school. The race route is marked with spray paint. Children line up at the starting line, and the PE teacher calls the start of the race with a megaphone.
The first group to race is PreK/kindergarten at 6pm, followed by first grade at 6:05pm, then second grade at 6:10pm, etc.
The dash ends with Dash with Splash, a run for CLES alumni that is open to all.
