The CLES PTA’s Cultural Arts Committee is pleased to host children’s author Ada Ari during the school day on Friday March 6th for her program “African Storytelling Reimagined."
This PTA-sponsored assembly includes an interactive reading that includes an African dance lesson, cultural and geography lessons, touch/feel sessions with authentic artifacts, and Q&A sessions where students can learn more about African culture, the process of becoming an author, and other topics of interest.
