Introducing.......Kinder
K.I.D.S & Mini
K.I.D.S. !!!
Responding to
the numerous requests from parents to provide a K.I.D.S.
(Kids In Dramatic Study) experience for the
younger grades at CLES, we are pleased and proud to announce
that the K.I.D.S. program has expanded to include Kindergarten,
First and Second Grade!
Kinder K.I.D.S. is a 10 week program that will encourage
kindergartners to use their imaginations to act and explore
the fascinating world of drama. This program is a wonderful
introductory drama experience that will allow children
to develop speaking skills and creative expression. Through
the use of theatre games, singing, and creative movement,
Kinder K.I.D.S. develops confidence and will begin a life-long
enjoyment of creative arts.
The 10 week session culminates with a “Kinder K.I.D.S.
Showcase” for family and friends.
Kinder K.I.D.S. begins March 3, 2008 and ends May 14,
2008. Please refer to the program brochure for all additional
information necessary to enroll.
Mini K.I.D.S is a 10 week program
designed for first and second graders to develop confidence
and enhance social skills as they participate
in a wide range of creative activities including improvisation,
creative movement, singing, and dance. The students will
also have the opportunity to explore their creative potential
as they become actively involved in staging a mini-musical, “BUGZ!”,
presented for family and friends at the culmination of
the 10 week session.
Mini K.I.D.S. begins March 4, 2008 and ends May 15, 2008.
Please refer to the program brochure for all additional
information necessary to enroll.
