2007 Order Form...

The Boosters uniform will be a 100% cotton 6.5 ounce pique knit golf shirt in white, with embroidered text of "CLES Band" or "CLES Orchestra" with a musical staff logo. The cost would be $12.50 per shirt. Remember to buy a size up if you are a third or fourth grader as you will be wearing the shirt for the next couple of years

Please send back the order form and check made out to "C.L.E.S." in an envelope marked "Booster Uniform" NO LATER THAN October 1st.

There will be some sample shirts hanging in the front office windows to help you with sizing. Don't forget to specify your size and either the Band or Orchestra option.
